Terms of Service

By purchasing from the Titan Roleplay store you agree to the terms below. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record for every transaction.

Nature of purchases

All packages are voluntary donations toward server running costs. Any in-game item, vehicle, priority slot or cosmetic granted is a perk of that donation and remains the property of Titan Roleplay. Perks carry no real world value and cannot be traded or sold.

Delivery

Packages are delivered automatically once payment clears, usually within a few minutes. Some packages require you to open a ticket in our Discord before they can be applied. If a package has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us in Discord with your transaction ID.

Conduct

Purchasing a package does not exempt you from server rules. Accounts banned for cheating, exploiting or rule breaking may lose access to purchased perks without refund.

Changes

We may add, alter or retire packages and perks at any time as the server develops. Where a perk is retired we will make a reasonable effort to offer an equivalent.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the server and Discord.
